Qualifications:
- Must have Culinary Arts degree or Hotel & Restaurant Management (HRM) degree
- Applicants without Culinary Arts degree or HRM degree must have minimum of 5 years work experience as COOK/CHEF
- Knowledge of International Cuisine
- Minimum 2 years professional experience as Cook/ Chef in casual dining restaurant or hotel
- Must be 22 - 35 years of age, male or female
- Experience working abroad an advantage
